  • Q1: What are your first impressions?
ARMiedema ARMiedema is a fully featured vanity url service that doesn't pretty much everything you'd think you'd want a service like this to do, plus a lot more that you probably never would have thought of! 🔥

  • Q2: What are the first actions you take?
    ARMiedema ARMiedema

Already being familiar with other services, such as bitly, I get the concept and really just want to get in and try it for myself. I'm glad to see that makes this very quick and painless to do.

  • Q3: What was your journey navigating the site like? Does the flow make sense?
    ARMiedema ARMiedema

After signing up and using the app, I go back to the website to look at it a little more. The Flow for the rest of the site does make sense. I like the corporate customer logos, testimonials, and the current metrics sections to bring legitimacy to the product. It's effective.

  • Q4: What do you believe a reasonable price is and what do you believe a high price is?
    ARMiedema ARMiedema

I think the pricing is probably fair. There are definitely good tiered options to choose from. One thing that does that really annoys me about Bitly is that you can change the destination URL after creating it. Holy cow, Bitly got me super stressed out for their lack of not including that feature.

  • Q5: What would you change about the website?
    ARMiedema ARMiedema

I would says swap Pricing and Features on the main nav as it feels weird. But, honestly, the features matrix on the pricing page I find more valuable than the features page. 😎

  • Q6: What would you change about the app?
    ARMiedema ARMiedema

    Two small things -

    • There is a banner on the dashboard to add a domain; but it is so subtle that it's easy to ignore; yet, it's a CTA customers should click on. I'd style it a bit different for that reason.
    • The usage analytics seems to come in a bit slow; well, it's not real time and these days we all just want instant gratification 😂
