Questions
  • Q1: What are your first impressions?

My first impression is given this a site to give pediatric advise given inputted symptoms, I'd want to make sure that this is a reputable site. There are images of doctors and more information which I believe is to alleviate that concern. From an American perspective, I'm looking for HIPAA compliance in the privacy policy and around the chat option that displays.

    • I do click on some options and add in some make-believe symptoms. I imagine the app is probably in an early state right now as most paths lead to recommending a local doctor to me (via Yelp reviews and proximity to my current location).
    • Actually, while seeing if I get an alternate ending I find that they do exist. I see some home remedies provided for headaches. That's pretty helpful - and smart that a disclaimer is present to let user know that these are suggestions and not to be confused with official doctor recommendations.

Thank you for your feedback, HIPAA compliance would be required if we collect personally identifiable information from patients, we are not collecting it, hence HIPAA compliance doesn't arise now. If we plan to implement login feature then we may have to.

  • Q2: What are the first actions you take?
    ARMiedema ARMiedema

I click around on some ailments to see where I land! ?

  • Q3: Who do you believe the target audience is?
    ARMiedema ARMiedema

Parents looking to get advise on what to do given symptoms their children are experiencing.

  • Q4: What do you believe a reasonable price is and what do you believe a high price is?

I'm not sure if this website is selling anything?

    Prahalad M Prahalad M 3 months ago

That's correct, as of now we are not selling anything.

  • Q5: What would you change about the website?
    ARMiedema ARMiedema

There are some styling / design issues that can be tweaked - such as the symptoms cards are all different heights. UX would be improved if they were more consistent. I'd focus on improving the UI/UX a bit as well as alleviate HIPAA concerns if a target audience is the US.
